The Carriage House is over 2,500 sq ft of rustic wood surrounded by a large patio with string lights and another patio that is covered.
It is the perfect area for an outdoor BBQ or low country boil for a rehearsal party or family reunion, or just a fun cookout for a birthday party. There is plenty of room for parking and lots of room for the inflatables most kids like at their parties.
It is shaded by huge Oaks and 100 year old Pecan Trees.
The Carriage House is $800 with a $500 damage/deposit fee.
The Banquet Hall can be rented if you need a space for 100-200 people. It provides a beautiful indoor setting for banquets with tables and chairs. It is $1,200 with an $500 damage/deposit fee.
The Parlor Room is perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, small luncheons, afternoon teas, small meetings, and less than 40 people. The gorgeous oak bar fits the atmosphere for serving hors D’oeuvres and mimosas. The Parlor Room is $350 with a $250 damage/deposit fee.
The Todd House Stage is available to rent for the day. It is in the middle of The Todd House parking lot. It is $500 with a $300 damage/deposit fee.
Overnight Suite: We have four beautiful large bedroom suites that includes refrigerator/sink area and full bathroom. They can be rented for $100 per night if you are renting the venue and if you need to rent for out of town guests but not renting the venue they are $150 per night.
