Classic or Intimate Package
Classic Package
Our Classic Package is the most popular which gives couples the wedding they dreamed of with lots of flexibility.
This package includes the banquet hall, garden courtyard, bridal suite, gentlemen's quarters, caterer's kitchen, and Carriage House. You will have access to the venue Friday at 12 until Sunday at 9 am.
It is $2,500 with $800 deposit for 50-250 guests.
We have (4) suites available for rent. They are $100 per room per night.
Intimate Package
The Intimate Package provides you with your choice of an intimate ceremony in the courtyard or the ball room. It gives you access to the bridal suite, gentlemen's quarters, and the caterer's kitchen.
It is $1,200 with a $500 deposit for 50 or less guests. Access to the venue the day before is $200 from 6-8. Tables and chairs can be rented along with tables cloths, lanterns, candles, and other amenities.

Answer any venue related questions
Answer your calls and emails
Arrange setup and breakdown of tables & chairs
Meet with you to sign contract and view the venue
Ensure the venue is cleaned and nothing damaged
The Venue Manager is not to be confused as your wedding coordinator but can be hired to direct your wedding for $300.
